The Red Wings have lost defenseman Brad Stuart for the remainder of the regular season and possibly the start of the playoffs. He broke his finger in the third period of Wednesday's matchup with Columbus.

Kulfan and Khan had it first.

Update at 5:20 PM... This injury usually takes three to six weeks to heal. The Wings believe it will be closer to three. The playoffs start in two-and-a-half weeks.
